We hire close to home. A commute you can live with is most of what keeps a good driver, so we would rather talk to somebody nearby than fill a seat with someone who will be tired of the drive by spring.
Pay is $24 per hour, with overtime at $36 per hour after 40 hours in a week, the same at both yards. The schedule and the route types are worth a conversation rather than a paragraph. Leave us a number and we will go through exactly what is running.

We run diesel, including on local work. It is equipment drivers are comfortable operating, and it is a deliberate choice rather than an accident of what was cheapest.
Roughly 32 trucks, maintained by our own team. Equipment problems get solved by the people who keep the equipment running.
Breakdowns happen. We fix it fast, walk you through it on the phone, or come out ourselves so your day isn't lost.
Scheduling, dispatch and driver management are all in-house. You are talking to Bearing, not to a call center.
